Zoë Hancock has had an interesting working life that started at the age of 16. Raised in a military family, she has lived all over the world; learned how to drive on the Autobahn and went to High School in Frankfurt, Germany. She worked in the brokerage industry for many years, has worked as a professional actor (she's still a member of Actor's Equity and the Screen Actor's Guild), and started her Mrs. Hancock's businesses in 2006 in Phoenix. She teaches Etiquette to Children and Social and Business protocol to college students and on the Corporate Level, as well. She brings the gifts of gravitas, grace under fire and diplomacy to her teachings and everything she does. A born teacher and natural leader; a "creative" and a talented business woman, Zoë's love of throwing parties is a perfect fit for her work as a wedding planner. Her hobbies include spending time with her Husband and dogs; with friends, out and about in Phoenix and traveling. From time to time she'll still step on a stage and is a full-on, full time, political junkie.

WHO WE ARE…

Janet Mitchell held many management positions: Director of Catering, Clubhouse Manager and Director of Club Operations over a span of 15 years, for some of the most prestigious private clubs in the country. She’s been recruited throughout her career for her strengths in opening and growing businesses; providing a five-star service environment, developing standard operating procedures, creating systems and checklists as well as for her training and team-building skills. Janet’s had the honor and pleasure of coordinating hundreds of weddings and events, including luxury weddings for some of the most prominent families in the country; professional golfers and a best-selling author.

Michelle Scarzone has been in the Food & Beverage industry for over 20 years. She's worked and managed at several of Scottsdale’s most exclusive Private Country Clubs, holding positions such as Banquet Manager, Catering Sales Manager, Director of Catering and Assistant F&B Director. She's planned and coordinated hundreds of weddings, corporate events, and private functions and Michelle’s experience is widespread not only from the planning perspective, but also from the operational side. During her off time, Michelle is a die-hard horse addict who competes regularly in 3-Day Eventing, she was ranked 6th in the Nation in her division as an Adult Amateur rider. Michelle states “It’s my daily therapy and very comparable to a full time job working 2 horses 6 days a week and running a business; it takes discipline and great organizational skills, luckily I have both”
